Note: Should dollar value suffer considerable (over 5%) fluctuations, the fees will be adjusted accordingly without notice.
(1) EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION FEE applies only if registration is done before or on Monday 23 August 2010 and is fully paid within 5 business days (until Friday, 27 August). Discount will NOT apply to registrations done after 23 August and/or paid after 27 August. Early bird registrations must be paid by credit card or direct deposit. Payment on invoice are available if the invoice is issued at least one month in advance and is fully paid by 27 August. Standard fee will be charged if payments are not made by 27 August.
(2) AUTHOR REGISTRATION. All authors whose final articles have been approved and who wish their articles to appear in the Proceedings must register before 23 August 2010. Articles of those authors not fully registered by this date (with fees duly paid) will NOT be included in the Proceedings and the technical program.
(3) COMMITTEE FEES apply to the members of the Organising, Technical, Editorial and Advisory Committees. Please see the complete list in the Committees section of this website.
(4) ACADEMIC FEES apply to full time professors at an accredited university. To use the academic fee benefit a copy of a document confirming full time professor status at a Chilean or foreign university must be emailed to

Please note that we do not accept ISIC cards, only valid student picture ID cards issued by an accredited university are accepted. Additional documents (such as dean's letter, course registration slip, etc.) may also be required.
The registration fee includes:
• Welcome and farewell receptions
• Conference dinner
• 6 coffee breaks
• 3 lunches
• Delegate bag, including proceedings
• Meeting facilities
Registration fee does not include accommodation, airport transfers and/or any other products or services not mentioned above. Delegates are entirely responsible for making their own travel arrangements.

| SOCIAL EVENTS ADDITIONAL TICKETS (FOR COMPANIONS) |

If you wish to bring a spouse, friend or colleague to the Conference social functions (cocktails, dinner, lunches), you will need to purchase additional tickets for your companions for the activities that they will be participating in. Please note that companions may participate in social activities only and have no access to technical sessions.

International Delegates
Payment must be made by credit card ONLY. Widely used credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Diners - are accepted. Complete information to charge a credit card must be provided on the registration form. If your credit card has an automatic insurance against online transactions, please call your bank to authorise the transaction before completing the registration form.
Chilean Delegates
We request Chilean delegates to make payments by credit card. In some exceptional cases payment may also be made by deposit.

| CANCELLATIONS |
|
Cancellations will be accepted only if done in written form before 22 October 2010. Verbal cancellations will not be processed. Upon cancellation a fee of USD190 / CLP 90,000 will be withheld. This fee covers the cost of the Conference proceedings which will be sent to your postal address. After 22 October 2010 there will be no refunds and all registered participants will be charged a full fee. If a registered delegate cannot attend and is not able to cancel on time, replacements are welcome at no additional cost.
